“I enjoy helping families and children. I enjoy the little smiles we may put on a child’s face when they may have not had one for a long time. Showing families that anything is possible. Helping parents make better decision to better the lives of their children.”

“My favorite part of my job is meeting our kids on their first day. They often come to us as uncertain, scared and hurt, but looking for hope. I enjoy meeting with them on their last day and seeing the pride, confidence, and growth they have made during their stay with us.”

"What I love about working here is that I finally feel like I belong somewhere. I have found my purpose in life. I've struggled for a long time to find out what I'm good at, and I feel like I found it. Working with today’s youth inspires me to come back each day, and hopefully one day I will have changed a person’s life in a small way."

How can I make a career out of helping those in need?

We have opportunities for teachers and teachers assistants looking for a challenging and rewarding career. These team members are expected to provide educational services to children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as children with communication disorders, cognitive delays, or an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis.

Client Services

Client services roles require direct work with children who are struggling with significant transitional challenges. This staff provides outstanding quality care and helps support children through these struggles, building positive, healthy adult/child relationships. Part life coach, part role model, part cheerleader, part mentor, our client services representatives encourage struggling children to make decisions to help them be successful.

Administrative & Support

Administrative and support roles serve to ensure that our kids and families get the best services by offering roles to caring individuals who use their knowledge and expertise to keep our programs running smoothly. Roles include finance and human resources, IT professionals, administrative assistants, cooks and maintenance.

University Recruiting

Internships and practicums are an important part of the journey students embark on in obtaining their degrees. Great Circle offers many opportunities to expand the student experience and knowledge in social work and human services, business management, fundraising and many other areas.
